El recién formado colectivo "01:04", acordó valerse de la oportunidad que le ofrecía una exposición ubicada en la Esmeralda durante el mes de abril del 2012 y decidió utilizarla como locación para este video. Los sonidos y la historia fueron creándose como en un juego colectivo, donde cada quien compartía lo que se le ocurría y el resto aceptaba estas ocurrencias. Al final, se produjo un collage de ideas en torno a un mismo tema: la colnación.
Thinking about Dolly is an audiovisual experiment that emerged from the vivid imagination of one woman and four men who believed they knew something about cloning. The recently formed collective “01:04” took advantage of the opportunity that the present exhibit at the Esmeralda gave them and used it as the location for their video. The sound and plot line were created through a collective endeavor where each one of the team members would come up with an idea and the grupo would agree with it. At the end, this collective game resulted in a collage of ideas around one topic: cloning.
